Refund Policy

Each bag is handmade in Ghana, West Africa. We do not offer cash refunds, however, if you are unsatisfied with our product in any way we will happily repair or replace it. Contact our customer service department africaonmyback@gmail.com regarding customer service, order, and shipment questions.

If an item has been marked "delivered" by the post office but was not received we can file a missing item claim on your behalf with the post office.

Items may be returned to us if a customer fails to pick an order up from their local post office. If this does happen, and the item is returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to re-pay for shipping.
