Refund policy

Returns
Due to all of our products being custom and made to order we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds.

Refunds or replacements are only offered on products damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged product please take and email us a picture to AfricaOnMyBack@gmail.com. We will respond within 48 hours.

If an item has been marked "delivered" by the post office, but was not received we can file a missing item claim on your behalf with the post office.

Items may be returned to us if a customer fails to pick an order up from their local post office. If this does happen, and the item is returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to re-pay for shipping.
