Our African-print Face Coverings are made from cotton and can help block respiratory droplets and particles. It is designed to be worn over your mouth and nose and has earloops for your ears. It is preferred that the masks are hand washed or put on the delicate cycle. 

Our Face Coverings are made from cotton and are handmade, and they aren't medical equipment. 

At the moment CDC states that non-medical masks made from household materials should be worn by medical professionals and people who are sick only when no other personal protective equipment is available.

However, with the situation changing so often, health care specialists now suggest that in combination with other protective measures, such as staying 6ft away from each other, a cotton face mask can serve as an additional layer of protection.
